Memphis, TN, the Home of Elvis, Beale Street and Barbeque, will host the Foundation’s Seventh Annual Bankers Conference
Beale Street is ready to roll out the red carpet for the 7th annual Doing Well by Doing Good Bankers Conference at the South’s Grand Hotel, The Peabody Hotel on October 7-8, 2010. This annual conference combines representatives from participating banks with bankers who want to learn more about how the Foundation transforms the lives of nursing home residents and protects our nation’s elderly veterans in Veterans Nursing Homes.
The purpose of this conference is to provide an opportunity to share industry experiences, renew friendships and celebrate the positive impact the Foundation is having in the lives of our nation’s elderly through the Senior Crimestoppers program. Bankers will share ways they have leveraged their nursing home sponsorships into productive business opportunities and positive public relations events. Senior regulatory officials will address the state of the industry and regulatory developments with a special focus on the Community Reinvestment Act.
