You may register 1 of 3 ways:

1. Print the conference form (click here for the form), complete and fax to the Foundation at 901-523-3620.

2. Complete the form online (below) and submit.

3. Call 877-232-0859 and ask for Lori Millar.

Conference dates: Thursday, October 9th – Friday, October 10th, 2008
Registration Deadline: June 30, 2008

Our check-in time is after 4 p.m. and our check-out time is before 12:00 noon

SHCPF will provide a travel reimbursement of $250 AND ONE hotel room (including tax) for the night of October 9th. One attendee per bank, please. Also, please make your own travel arrangements and SHCPF will reimburse you after the conference. If you have plans to extend your stay beyond the conference dates, please note this on your registration form and we will be happy to help you while space is available. Hotel policy may require that you have your credit card on file for charging incidentals or extended stays.

Group house rates have been negotiated and we cannot guarantee bed-type, sleeping room location, smoking/non-smoking preferences or view. Rooms are subject to state and local taxes.
