SHCPF will provide a travel reimbursement of up to $200 and ONE hotel room night (including tax) for Oct. 10th. We negotiated to provide additional hotel nights at our discounted rate so if you have plans to extend your stay beyond the conference dates, please make your reservation to include ALL days in the hotel and not just the dates of our event. To receive our discounted rate of $278.85 (INCLUDING all state, local and hospitality taxes) for the hotel room, please use the link provided on the "Thank You" page once you submit your registration or visit the hotel's website at www.therooseveltneworleans.com and enter SHC in the Group Code area.
You are responsible for making your travel and hotel reservations. All other arrangements will be made by the SHCPF.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 noon
Hotel policy requires that you present your credit card during check-in for charging incidentals or extended stays. Group house rates have been negotiated and we cannot guarantee bed-type, sleeping room location, smoking/non-smoking preferences or view. Rooms are subject to state and local taxes, and occupancy fees.
