Sign Up for the 2013 Bankers Conference

Please complete the registration form below for admission to the conference and all events.  This year, we are asking that you make your own hotel reservations.  The hotel reservation link will appear once you hit the "submit" button at the bottom of the completed form.

SHCPF will provide a travel reimbursement of up to $200 and ONE hotel room night (including tax) for Oct. 10th along with most meals for our two day event. We negotiated to provide additional hotel nights at our discounted rate so if you have plans to extend your stay beyond the conference dates, please make your reservation to include ALL days in the hotel and not just the dates of our event. Our discounted room rate is $278.85 (INCLUDING all state, local and hospitality taxes).

Reservation Information:

Hotel check-in time is after 3 p.m. and our check-out time is before 12:00 noon.  SHCPF will provide a travel reimbursement of $200 and ONE hotel room (including tax) for the night of Oct. 10th. Please make your own travel arrangements and the SHCPF will reimburse you after the conference. Hotel policy requires a credit card be provided as a guarantee for room reservations, for charging incidentals and/or extended stays. The card will not be charged until check-in or in the event of a failure to cancel your reservations. Hotel cancellations will be accepted on or before Oct. 1st. After that date, a cancellation penalty could be assessed to your credit card depending on hotel occupancy. If you have plans to extend your stay beyond the conference dates, please note ALL dates on your registration form and we will be happy to help you while space is available. Group house rates have been negotiated and we cannot guarantee bed-type, sleeping room location, or view.  Fees can be assessed for early checkout.

Transforming Lives

With the support of our partners, the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation transforms the lives of vulnerable nursing home residents. It is hard to overstate the transformative effect a bank can have on the life of an elderly person by removing fear from their lives — fear of neglect, fear of theft, fear of needing equipment and not knowing where to turn.
